He has over 30 years of experience in managing projects, in implementing management changes, in managing project portfolios and programs among others in Devoteam Group, in the British concern ICL in Poland, in the Ministry of Interior in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).

Director of implementation programs in Poland of the PRINCE2® project management standard, the MSP® program management standard, the MoP® portfolio management standard, the M_o_R risk management standard, the Support Offices standard for P3O® projects, programs and portfolios. Program Director of the implementation in Poland of the project management standard PRINCE2®, of the MSP® program management standard, of the portfolio management standard – MoP®, of the risk management standard M_o_R®, of the Support Office standard for projects, programs and portfolios P3O®.

Leading author of the first edition of translation of the MSP® standard into Polish and  preparation of materials accredited by the British side for the Polish market. He has cooperated in the creation of a project portfolio management standard for the City of Birmingham Champs2®.

Visiting Professor at the School of Business Administration at the University of Michigan (USA,) co-creator of the International Advisory Committee for the first in Poland International Business School in Rynia near Warsaw-MSH™. He has cooperated with Gdańsk University of Technology in the construction and implementation of an international MBA program.

Former President of the Centre for Management Solutions SA, former Director of the Devoteam CRM SA Excellence Centre – Devoteam Group, Director of Management Resource Centre at ICL Polska, vice-President of the Polish part of the Advisory Committee for Ambassadors of OECD Member Countries (BIAC), former member of the Scientific Advisory Committee of the Polish Stock Exchange.
