SYNERGIA – summary of the 3rd edition and what next?
On 27 February – 1 March 2023, the last, ninth training session was held as part of the 3rd edition of SYNERGIA project. The session took place in the premises of KSAP in Warsaw and was attended by representatives of public administration institutions from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.
Program
The session program consisted of two parts: an educational session and a peer-learning session, i.e. an experience exchange session summarizing the knowledge and skills acquired during the third edition of the project.
The topic of the educational session was project management in public administration. The session covered issues such as the use of various project management methods, including the agile method from the perspective of their usefulness to projects carried out by a public institutions. The session was based on the case study method. As part of the peer-learning session, the participants summarized the work on good practices developed during the training sessions and participated in a workshop session that aimed at presenting a good practice used in the Polish administration in the field of project management. The workshop session was organized with the participation of the Government Project Monitoring Office of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister in Poland. The last element of the peer-learning session was a summary session organized in the Open Space Technology formula. Participants summarized their experience from participating in the third edition of SYNERGIA, shared their knowledge and discussed issues important to them at the final stage of the project.
Closing ceremony of the 3rd edition
The last session in the third edition of the project ended with an official closing ceremony. Among the invited guests who spoke during the diploma award ceremony were Minister Dobrosław Dowiat-Urbański, Head of the Civil Service, Mr. Dagmir Długosz, SYNERGIA expert, author of the good-practice mini-handbook, prof. Radosław Koszewski, representative of foreign professors and Mr. Przemysław Rzodkiewicz, Main Inspector of Commercial Quality of Agricultural and Food Products, graduate of the 2nd edition of SYNERGIA and the President of the SYNERGIA Cooperation Network Association.
During the ceremony, participants of the 3rd edition of the project received certificates of completion of the educational and cooperation programme. The Director of KSAP, Mr. Wojciech Federczyk, presented also a certificate confirming the implementation of the management challenge implemented during the project to the Voivodship Sanitary and Epidemiological Station in Warsaw, the winner of the 2nd edition of the implementation in SYNERGIA. The implementation certificate was received on behalf of the institution by Mr. Piotr Parjaszewski, Deputy Director for Administration and Economic Affairs of the Voivodship Sanitary Station.
What’s next?
Participants of the educational and cooperation programme in the third edition of the project are now preparing for the implementation part of the project.
