Project structure

The SYNERGIA Project comprises an Education and Cooperation Programme with an element involving real-life implementation, entailing a Transnational Partnership. The Project is to be delivered via four Editions.

COMPETITON

  • implementation of the best practices in the institution

IMPLEMENTATION

  • selecting the best projects to implement with the support of an external consultant
  • implementation report prepared by the institution
  • shadow report prepared by an external consultant

PARTICIPANTS

  • institutions of public administration in Poland selected by competition from among the institutions that participated in the Education and Cooperation Programme
  • the implementation stage is recommended but not obligatory for Participating Institutions from Partner Countries

From September 2024, the Warmia and Mazury Voivodeship Office in Olsztyn is implementing, as part of the Integrated Professional Development Program for Managers a new project inspired by SYNERGIA - "Leaders without ties".
SYNERGIA publication “The Synergy Effect. Mini-handbook Maxi-practice. Best practices in managing public-administration institutions” by Dagmir Długosz has been posted on IPA’s Website.
This was the title of the meeting with Dagmir Długosz, author of the publication “The Synergy Effect. Mini-handbook Maxi-practice. Best practices in managing public-administration institutions”
