We are starting the 1st edition of the SYNERGIA project. Between 31st August and 4th September 2020, KSAP will host the 1st session of the pilot edition of the project. In session will participate representatives of public administration institutions from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.

On June 10, 2020, another on-line meeting of the SYNERGIA Steering Committee took place. The meeting was attended by the representatives of KSAP and Partner Institutions from Bulgaria, Hungary and Latvia.

Considering the safety of project participants and the risk of another wave of Covid-19 pandemic, KSAP has decided to conduct SYNERGIA sessions either in stationary or online mode.

We are starting the 1st edition of the project

We are starting the 1st  edition of the SYNERGIA project. Between 31st August and 4th September 2020,  KSAP will host the 1st session of the pilot edition of the project. In session will participate representatives of public administration institutions from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.

 

Warsaw session, 31st August – 4th September 2020

The session program includes activities in the following thematic areas: risk management, human resources management (leadership, employee motivation, team management, etc.), knowledge management, management by objectives, use of ICT in the public sector.

Due to the epidemiological situation, the project is carried out in a hybrid form – online (participants from Latvia and Hungary) and stationary at the KSAP headquarters (participants from Bulgaria and Poland), with upholding the applicable sanitary safety standards.

Classes at KSAP (ul. Wawelska 56, Warsaw) will be held from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Safety guidelines for SYNERGIA participants, trainers and staff, in force while in KSAP premises are available on our website (please refer to Program tab on this webpage). 

The purpose of these guidelines is to determine how to proceed to ensure health and safety of participants in activities organized by KSAP as part of the SYNERGIA project during the COVID-19 epidemic.   

We kindly ask you to read it before the first session.

The lastest meeting of the Steering Committee

On June 10, 2020, another on-line meeting of the SYNERGIA Steering Committee took place. The meeting was attended by the representatives of KSAP and Partner Institutions from BulgariaHungary and Latvia. 

The main topic of the meeting was to analyse the possibilities of conducting SYNERGIA activities onlineRisks and opportunities related to the choice of online option were discussed, if the epidemic situation related to COVID-19 would unable the organization of sessions in the first Edition of the project in stationary form. 

The state of recruitment for the first Edition of SYNERGIA in Poland and in Partner Countries was also discussed, as well as current activities related to the start of the project.

SYNERGIA goes online – one of the possible ways of project implementation

The decision whether the project will be implemented in online or in stationary mode will be taken individually for each session in the edition by KSAPafter the analysis of current 
epidemiological situation in EuropeParticipants will be informed in advance about the project implementation method.
