Project structure

The SYNERGIA Project comprises an Education and Cooperation Programme with an element involving real-life implementation, entailing a Transnational Partnership. The Project is to be delivered via four Editions.

COMPETITON

  • implementation of the best practices in the institution

IMPLEMENTATION

  • selecting the best projects to implement with the support of an external consultant
  • implementation report prepared by the institution
  • shadow report prepared by an external consultant

PARTICIPANTS

  • institutions of public administration in Poland selected by competition from among the institutions that participated in the Education and Cooperation Programme
  • the implementation stage is recommended but not obligatory for Participating Institutions from Partner Countries

It was on 11th December 2019 that KSAP signed the agreement for the implementation of the Project entitled SYNERGIA – a network for cooperation and exchange of experience between high-level officials from Central and Eastern Europe, with the Center of European Projects as financing institution.
