The peer-learning session of the SYNERGIA project is behind us. The session online was attended by representatives of public administration institutions from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.

1st edition, peer-learning session  – as part of the 5th session

On February 8th-10th, 2021, the peer-learning session was held as part of the 5 training session of the SYNERGIA project.

Program

The aim of the peer learning session was the mutual exchange of experiences between project participants and preparation for the implementation part of the project. The peer learning session is part of the learning process and verification of the results achieved. The peer learning session is based on the Kolb cycle (knowledge, action, experience, conclusions), it is an integral and necessary element of closing the learning cycle.

An important aspect of the session program was work in workshop groups in which participants shared their knowledge and experience. The classes were moderated by trainers – facilitators: Tomasz Cichocki and Krzysztof Gulda.

Due to the current epidemiological situation in Europe, the peer-learning session was run online. Participants from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary participated in interactive meetings carried out on special e-learning training platforms in MS TEAMS.

Participants’ work

The participants analyzed the possibilities and conditions necessary to implement specific practices, previously presented during training sessions in the project, in public administration. The results of the participants’ work (also presented graphically using, among others, Mentimeter, Mural and other applications) will be used to prepare for the implementation part of the project.

The end of the session

At the end of the session, each participant had the opportunity to share their conclusions on the project with others. A symbolic summary was placed on a common board.

What’s next?

Over the next two weeks, project participants will prepare an individual report on participation in the educational and cooperation part in the project and a project of implementing good practices in their institutions.
