An unique information meeting for candidates to SYNERGIA second edition took place on May 18. The meeting was attended by Alumni of the first edition of the project from Poland and Partner Countries - Bulgaria, Hungary and Latvia who shared their experiences from participaiting in SYNERGIA.

Synergia - 3rd training session in Sofia, Bulgaria

On October 6-8, 2021 the third training session was held in Sofia as part of the 2nd edition of the Synergia project. The session was attended by representatives of public administration from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.

Program

The session program includes activities in the following thematic areas:

communication management; and institutional management.

The aim of the session was to develop interpersonal communication skills in order to deal with conflict situations and to shape the principles and good practices in the field of institutional communication in public organizations.

The session was based on the Harvard case-study workshop method. The session was co-organized by the project partner – Institute of Public Administration from Bulgaria.

The aim of the Synergia project

The aim of the Synergia project is:

  • preparation of a new educational and cooperation program on the basis of a cooperation network of management staff in public administration from Central and Eastern Europe,
  • implementation of the solutions developed during the implementation of the program in practice.

Strategic management - key issues. II Warsaw session of SYNERGY, September 20 - 21, 2021

On September 20-21, 2021 the 2nd session of the 2nd edition of the SYNERGIA project will take place.

The session will be attended by representatives of public administration institutions from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.

2 training session

The program includes classes in the area of ​​strategic management, technology management and the use of IT in the public administration sector. How to plan the long-term work of the organization? How to include it in the mission and purpose of the organization’s activity? What to look for and how to avoid mistakes? How to get interested in the assumptions of the strategy of stakeholders and engage them in cooperation? What tools can help with this? On 20-21/09/2021, the participants of the 2nd session of the 2nd edition of the SYNERGIA project – Network of cooperation and exchange of experiences of high-level officials from Central and Eastern Europe try to answer these and other questions, analyzing cases and identifying good practices that can be implemented in public administration.

The form of the session

The session is carried out online, on the MS TEAMS platform. Classes will be held from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Opening session – 1st session in 2nd edition

We are starting the second edition of the project.

On September 7-10, 2021 the first training session under the 2nd edition of the Synergia project takes place. The session is attended by representatives of public administration institutions from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.

Warsaw session, 07-10.09.2021

The program of the session includes an opening session aimed at unifying the participants’ understanding of the project objectives, clarifying the ways of involving participants in the project, getting to know the institutions participating in the project and their management challenges with which they come to the project, reflecting on the individual and institutional goals of participating in the project and building project teams. The program of the following days includes classes in the area of knowledge and team management (leadership, motivating employees, team management, etc.). The first session will also include a LEGO GAME session aimed at optimizing processes in the organization.

The session takes place in a full-time mode at the seat of the Lech Kaczyński National School of Public Administration in Warsaw, in compliance with the applicable sanitary safety standards.

Classes at KSAP (ul. Wawelska 56, Warsaw) are held from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

An unique information meeting for candidates to SYNERGIA second edition took place on May 18. The meeting was attended by Alumni of the first edition of the project from Poland and Partner Countries – Bulgaria, Hungary and Latvia who shared their experiences from participaiting in SYNERGIA.

The following aspects of participaiting in SYNERGIA were noted:  

  • the possibility of developing own management competences, 
  • the possibility of using the acquired knowledge and skills in home institutions, 
  • building a network between high-level officials from Central and Eastern Europe

The meeting was moderated by the Directors and Representatives of four Partner Institutions: KSAP, IPA, UPS, LSPA. Moreover, a Representative of the Warmia and Mazury Voivodship Office, the institution that won the competition in the implementation part of the project, presented how the management project is implemented in this institution. 

The Representative of foreign lecturers introduced the programme and profiles of SYNERGIA lecturers. 

The Alumni unanimously emphasized that despite the difficulties of conducting online sessions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the first edition of the project turned out to be a success.
