Steering Committee Meeting, February 3, 2021
On Wednesday, February 3, 2021, a meeting of the Steering Committee of the project SYNERGIA – A network for cooperation and exchange of experience between high-level officials from Central and Eastern Europe, took place.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the project partner institutions: Pavel Ivanov and Mimi Yotova from the Institute of Public Administration in Sofia (BG), Agita Kalvina and Linda Moše-Možus from the Latvian School of Public Administration (LV), and Krisztián Manzinger and Ilona Szabó from the National University of Public Service (HU), KSAP.
The meeting discussed:
- the current state of project implementation,
- implementation phase and participation of representatives of institutions from partner countries,
- implementation of an additional spring session for participants of the 1st Edition,
- current challenges and threats (COVID) related to the project implementation.
Steering Committee meeting was carried out in online form, in MS Teams environment.

Peer-learning session, February 8-10, 2021
On 8th-10th February 2021 we invite all participants to the peer-learning summary session (1st edition of the SYNERGIA project).
The purpose of the peer-learning session is to summarize and develop recommendations on the implementation of good practices, which were the subject of training, in public administration institutions.
Most of the classes will be conducted in workshop groups, and moderated by trainers – facilitators, Mr Tomasz Cichocki and Mr Krzysztof Gulda.
Due to the epidemiological situation, peer-learning session training will conduct in online form, at the special e-learning training platform in MS TEAMS environment. The epidemiological risk is assessed before each session by the Steering Committee with the participation of Project Partners and a representative of foreign professors.

The January training session of the SYNERGIA is completed
The January session of the SYNERGIA project is behind us. The session online was attended by representatives of public administration institutions from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.
1st edition, January session – as part of the 5th session
On January 14 and 21, 2021, the next training day was held as part of the 5 training session of the SYNERGIA project.
Program
The session program of the 14th and 21st January 2021 session included activities in the following process management. The sessions were led by professor from IESE Business School, University of Navarra – prof. Adrian Done, who specializes in education of the senior management of the organization, strategic and business consulting, knowledge management to improve operations, technology management.
The form of the session
Due to the current epidemiological situation in Europe, the session was run online. Participants from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary participated in interactive meetings carried out in ZOOM environment.
Dates for 5th session
In the frame of the 5th session in the project is planned 1 three – day training yet. The date of the 5th training session is available on our website, on the tab: PROGRAM – Session schedule and in MS Teams on section GENERAL – SharePoint – 05. 5 session – 01. Schedule.

Online session of SYNERGIA – 14th January 2021
On 14th January 2021 is another training day as part of the 5th session of the SYNERGIA project. The session is attended by high-representatives of public administration institutions from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.
The January session in the SYNERGIA education and cooperation program is carrying out in two terms: 14th January 2021 (6 hours, 10:00 – 16:00 CET/11:00 – 17:00 EET) and 21st January 2021 (2 hours, 11:00 – 12:45 CET/12:00 – 13:45 EET).
The session programme of the 14th January 2021 session includes activities in the following process management. Participants will discuss about strategic activities in a changing world. They will learn a strategic operations ‘toolkit’ with which to design, implement, manage and evaluate modern operations. In addition, they will learn about important principles and concepts designed to improve performance, efficiency, productivity, quality and service levels.
The training is conducted by professor Adrian Drone, who specializes in education of the senior management of the organization, strategic and business consulting, knowledge management to improve operations, technology management.
The project is carried out in online form, in ZOOM environment.
