Updated regulations
We kindly inform that for the purposes of online realisation of SYNERGIA – a network for cooperation and exchange of experience between high-level officials from Central and Eastern Europe, the rules for online attendence have been amended.
To qualify for online attendance on a given day, it shall be necessary to be present in the system for at least 2 hours in the case of a single training block.

Hungarian-Polish session online
On 19-21 October 2020, the 3rd session of the 1st edition of the SYNERGIA is taking place. The session is attended by high-representatives of public administration institutions from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.
The session programme includes activities in the following thematic areas: change management, project management in public sector, knowledge management.
The 3rd day of the session is conducted by SYNERGIA Partner from Hungary, the National Uiversity of Public Service. Partner’s experts, Marta Pataki and Krisztián Hegyi will run training sessions on development and cultivating leadership essentials.
Due to the epidemiological situation, the project is carried out in a online form. For the purposes of the project, a special e-learning platform was created in the MS TEAMS environment.
The online trainings will be held from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm CET.

SYNERGIA’s 2nd training session
I st edition– 2 nd Bulgarian- Polish session
On 28-30.09.2020, the 2nd session of 1st SYNERGIA edition took place.
Programme
The session program included activities in the following thematic areas:
- strategic management in public administration
- communication management and effective negotiation
- change management
- use of ICT in public sector
- knowledge management
During the sessions, SYNERGIA project participants took part in training sessions and teamworks led by experts: prof. Mike Rossenberg, prof. Yago de la Cierva and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Velizar Shalamanov – the national expert, invited to SYNERGIA by project’s partner – the Bulgarian Institute of Public Administration, who presented the latest solutions and trends in the management areas mentioned above.
The form of the session
The session was held in a hybrid form. Participants from Latvia and Hungary attended the session via online streaming, while participants from Poland and Bulgaria were present in the session held at KSAP. The sanitary safety standars were applied in organisation of the session.
