Bulgarian-Polish session
On 28-30.09.2020, the 2nd session of the 1st edition of the Synergia project will be carried out at KSAP. In session will participate representatives of public administration institutions from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.
II session program, 28-30.09.2020
The session program includes activities in the following thematic areas: change management in public administration, managing of communicaton and effective negotiation, change management, use of ICT in public sector.
During the session, we will host the expert of the partner in the project – the Bulgarian Institute of Public Administration – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Velizara Shalamanova, who will conduct the training on 09/28/2020, sharing knowledge in strategic management, the use of IT in the public sector and change management.
Due to the epidemiological situation, the project is carried out in a hybrid form – online (participants from Latvia and Hungary) and stationary at the KSAP headquarters (participants from Bulgaria and Poland), with upholding the applicable sanitary safety standards.
Classes at KSAP (ul. Wawelska 56, Warsaw) will be held from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

New sanitary safety guidelines

Warsaw instead of Sofia - 2nd session of SYNERGIA
We would like to kindly inform you that due to the current epidemiological situation, caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus, the 2nd training session of SYNERGIA project will be held in Warsaw at the KSAP headquarters, instead of Sofia (Bulgaria) as planned.
The dates of the session remain the same. The high-level public administration representatives from CEE countries will meet on September 28-30, 2020. The session will be held in a hybrid form – online streaming and intramural training will be both available. Decisions on the location of subsequent training sessions, will be taken by KSAP acting as a project leader upon consultation with transnational partners and careful consideration of risks concerning traveling and epidemiological situation in Europe. Participants will be notified in advance of the location of each upcoming SYNERGIA session.

SYNERGIA’s 1st training session has already taken place
First session took place in Warsaw
On Monday, August 31st 2020 the first session of SYNERGIA has started. The trainings were held over the whole week, until Friday September, 4th. It was the first meeting of high-level representatives of public administration selected from three Central and Eastern European Countries.
Programme
The session program included activities in the following thematic areas:
- risk management,
- human resources management,
- management by objectives,
- use of ICT in the public sector,
- and knowledge management.
The training sessions encompassed both plenary sessions moderated by foreign professors, as well as teamworks – group work during which the participants discussed case studies prepared in accordance with the Harvard Business School methodology. The first session of SYNERGIA was an excelent occasion for participants to share their own experiences in the field of management, with a special focus on the topics mentioned above.

The form of the session
The session was carried out in a hybrid form. Representatives from Latvia and Hungary participated in the online session, while representatives from Poland and Bulgaria participated in the session organised at the headquarters of KSAP.
