The January session of the SYNERGIA project is behind us. The session online was attended by representatives of public administration institutions from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.

The January session in the SYNERGIA education and cooperation program is carring out in two terms: 14th January 2021 (6 hours, 11:00 – 17:00 EET) and 21st January 2021 (2 hours, 12:00 – 13:45 EET). The session programme of the on 14th January 2021 is includes activities in the following process management. Participants are discussing about strategic activities in a changing world. They are learning a strategic operations ‘toolkit’ with which to design, implement, manage and evaluate modern operations. In addition, they learn about important principles and concepts designed to improve performance, efficiency, productivity, quality and service levels.

Attention! On 14th January 2021 we invite you to the next day of the 5th session of the SYNERGIA project. The 5th session of the project was divided into 4 parts, i.e. it will be carried out in four dates. On 21st December 2020, 2 hours consultations the 5th session of SYNERGIA project took place. The session was attended by high representatives of public administration institutions from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.

On 14th December 2020, the 5th session of the 1st edition of SYNERGIA project took place. The session was attended by high representatives of public administration institutions from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.

We kindly inform that for the purposes of realization of SYNERGIA project, Project Regulations in the event of a change of a place of employment taken up by the Representative of a Participant from Poland in another institution not involved in the Project, have been updated.

The decision to organize the 5th SYNERGIA session in online form was taken upon analysis of current epidemiological situation in Europe and its probable development in the following months, as well as according to the availability of foreign lecturers.

4th session as part of the 1st edition of the SYNERGIA project has already taken place. The session was attended by high-representatives of public administration institutions from Poland, Bulgaria, Latvia and Hungary.

The Steering Committee decided to change the schedule for the implementation of the session planned for February 2021.
