Ansis Stabingis has worked as a lecturer at Sigmund Freud University (Vienna), Riga Teacher Training and Educational Management Academy (RPIVA), Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU). He has conducted courses and trainings for organisations on HR management and business psychology topics in the field of mindfulness (attitudes, stress management and prevention, happiness as a skill, mental hygiene, mindfulness in relationships).

As a lecturer, presenter and keynote speaker he offers various public lectures, courses on topics related to mindfulness, consciousness and human wellbeing.

Mr. Puliyski is a Chairman of The Management board of Emerging Technologies Integration Cluster – NGO dedicated to creating and maintaining an environment supporting the secure and safe integration of innovative technologies. He worked in the field of information and cyber security as an independent consultant in the development of policies, procedures for the private and public sector for more than 15 years. For the last year he has been focused on the activity of the international community-driven network – CyberCLUB, of which he is the founder. Mr. Puliyski is a lecturer in the field of cyber security at four Bulgarian universities. He is also doing PhD in the field of secure integration of the drones in the urban airspace

 After 19years in military, followed by an academic career in the Academy of Sciences Dr.Shalamanov has several tours of public service: Deputy Minister of Defense (1998-2001), Minister of Defense (2014) and Director Demand Management in the NATO’s IT and Cyber Agency(2009-2017).

In 2019 he was elected as a Chair of the Agency Supervisory Board facilitating the consensus among 30 nations. Since 2018 Velizar is deputy director of the Institute of Information and Communications Technologies, focusing on consolidation of the academic cybercapacity in Bulgaria and EU (under H2020 project) and study of  best practices for effectiveness, efficiency andcyber resilience of IT organizations, role of IT in institutional change management.

IT related research work of Dr.Shalamanov started in 1984 as a project manager, head of section and sector in defense institute, leadingintelligent planning and assessment systems development, followed by some projects in space research,institutional change management, integrated command and control / emergency management systems, computerassisted exercises.

He defended the PhD thesis in Kiev (1991) and became Associated Professor in 1998.

In Synergia Assoc. Prof. Dr. Velizar Shalamanov will run a course on strategic and business planning in large public institutions, change management inpublic administration, portfolio project management in support of strategy implementation and changemanagement, service based customer funded IT organisations.

DAGMIR DŁUGOSZ – manager and expert cooperating with the educational, private, non-governmental and consulting sectors.

Currently, he works in the State Structure Analysis Team of the Analysis Department of the Strategic Analysis Center of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister as an expert in the field of public management. In the past, he held managerial, advisory and expert functions, including the Chancellery of the Prime Minister (Administration Evaluation Center, Department of Civil Service, Department of Monitoring Social Reforms, Department of Program Analyzes), the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, and the Ministry of Economy and Labour. He was responsible for programming and supervision of modernization projects in the civil service – implementation in 260 offices, i.e. customer satisfaction management, process management, HR; legislative work on labour law, non-governmental organizations, public information, civil service and principles of civil service ethics. He performed, among others – functions of the undersecretary of state, the deputy head of the Civil Service, secretary of the Tripartite Commission and co-chairman of the Public Benefit Works Council. In 2008-2014, he represented Poland in the OECD Public Management Committee and in the European Public Administration Network EUPAN.

At the National School of Public Administration (KSAP) he worked as a coordinator of the Public Administration and Law block. In the years 2009 – 2014 he was the editor-in-chief of the quarterly Civil Service Review. He was also a member of the Audit Committee for the Ministry of Environment, deputy-chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Information Agency and president of the NSPA Alumni Association. At present, he is a member of the Programming Council of the Public Management Quarterly.

He cooperates with research, expert and educational institutions such KSAP, the Institute of Public Affairs, the Batory Foundation, the Jagiellonian Club, the Center for Local Government Policies of the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Economy and Public Administration of the University of Economics in Krakow. He conducts trainings on public management, public policies, lobbying and ethical issues in the public sector, in Poland and for foreign partners.

He is a graduate of political science at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Silesia, the National School of Public Administration, postgraduate studies in City Management and Urban Policy at the Warsaw School of Economics and  of European Integration at the University of Warsaw.

He is interested in the subjects of public management and public policies, contemporary political and administrative systems, techniques of solving social conflicts and social participation. He has published 4 books, about 30 articles in areas such as public management, administration, local government, social and NGO dialogue, lobbying, conflict resolution, and social policy. Recently – co-author of the Encyclopedia of Public Administration. Ed. J. Itrich-Drabarek, Warsaw 2019.

He is interested in social sciences and world history, practices krav maga, downhill and cross-country skiing.

Krisztián Hegyi is an organizational development consultant, trainer and business coach. Previously, he worked 20 years in the fields of security policy, international affairs and diplomacy. During this period, he spent 14 years in various management positions (middle and senior level).  He also worked 4 years in New York as a diplomat of the Permanent Mission of Hungary to the United Nations. As an international negotiator and facilitator, he gathered significant experience in applying negotiating strategies and tactics, using effective communication and conflict management tools.

He holds a Juris Doctor degree from Eötvös Loránd University.

Krzysztof Gulda, entrepreneur, researcher, strategist in public and privet sector, international consultant, has gained unique, multidisciplinary experience in all sectors of the knowledge triangle. Strongly engaged in support for spin-off creation from University of Warsaw as a Board Member of the UWRC Ltd. – university SPV company organised to manage portfolio of companies established by researchers or students.

Graduated from Physics Faculty of Warsaw University and Postgraduate Study on Intellectual Property at Warsaw University, brings together understanding of advanced technologies and research methodology with focus on IP management and commercialisation. Since 2003 to 2009 Director in the Ministry of Economy responsible for strategy and programming for innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainable development and horizontal industrial Policy. Since 2009 to 2012 Director of the Strategy Department in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education responsible for strategy development for research, higher education and innovation, but also for European and international affairs. He introduced to public administration modern management model for department organisation based on flat organizational structure oriented on project activity.

Expert in development of national and regional innovation strategies with strong focus on horizontal relations between innovation and other polices including research, entrepreneurship, human development, intellectual property and sustainable industrial policy. Specific areas of expertise cover academic entrepreneurship (start-up development, seed and vc capital, incubators), building business – academia relationship, innovations systems (from national, regional to networks and clusters) and open innovation.

Marta Pataki is an executive coach, trainer, organizational developer and lecturer focused on resolving inconsistencies between business rationale and emotions.

Mrs Pataki has a background in institutional corporate real estate. She worked and held various senior management positions at major international real estate firms between 1999 and 2017.

Mrs Pataki acted for Cushman & Wakefield, TriGranit, CBRE and Immofinanz AG and most of her work had a regional focus on CEE countries. She is an expert in asset management and leasing of large-scale retail schemes. In her last position, she had overall leasing responsibility for a portfolio of €1.5Bn including 80+ assets in 8 countries.

While acting as a business leader she got fascinated by the human side of management and eventually turned her career into HR and human development. Today she is deeply engaged in finding keys to leadership.

She is a lecturer of Leadership Skills for MSc in International Management and Leadership students at Lauder Business School in Vienna, Austria since 2018.

Her activities are based in Vienna and Budapest with a global application. She is a certified Cognitive Behaviour Therapy based Business and Life Coach. She holds a first-class degree in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes University and an MSc in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University. She is a member and assessor at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2008.

Passionate and successful senior security specialist with extensive industry experience combined with a thorough understating of technology.

Miglen is experienced and focused on such areas of information security as: direction and security incident response, infrastructure security, host security, Application Security (AappSec) including: Threat Modeling, Security Testing (DAST/SAST) and Security Development Lifecycle (SDL), vulnerability assessment and management, security training, education and awareness. He has been working in finance, Fintech, utilities, communications, automotive and governmental sectors.

Since January 2022, Miglen is a Director of Information Security in Payhawk. In 2021, he has founded the Bulgarian cybersecurity Foundation with the aim to educate, bring awareness, identify vulnerabilities in the public space and support governmental and public sectors in the prevention of cybersecurity threats. Over the years he has worked as a lead security engineer, system development engineer, DevOps engineer, technical team leader, web and middleware support engineer, network and system administrator, consultant and freelance Web developer.

Expert lecturer in SYNERGIA: Regulatory Policy and Regulatory Reform – National and International Perspectives, Challenges National Regulators Face in the “new normal”


Since 2011 Tony Dimov is a President of the Center for Regulatory Impact Assessment in Bulgaria – an expert public benefit organisation with the mission to enhance the adoption of the best EU and OECD practices and standards for better regulation and quality of regulation. The Centre is one of the pioneers and drivers for the regulatory reform in Bulgarian launched in 2016.

In 2014 he has defended the PhD thesis: “Regulatory Impact Assessment in the European Union – nature, legal frame and mechanisms” in the Institute for the State and the Law in the Bulgarian Academy of Science. In 2018 he has joined the Department of International and EU Law Studies of the Academy as a Chief Assistant Professor in EU Law responsible for enhancing the application of the newly adopted mechanisms of ex-ante regulatory impact assessment, structured public consultations and ex-post evaluation of legislation as key elements of the 2016 regulatory reform in Bulgaria.

In Synergia Chief Assist. Prof. Tony Dimov will run a course on the current status of regulatory policy and regulatory reform in Bulgaria and the EU in the context of transforming technologies, fake news, pandemic, etc.

Tanya Brickler is an Industrial-Organizational psychologist with a passion for people, assessment, and organizational consulting.

Tanya is the author of 360-degree feedback methodology which is widely used by various companies in Bulgaria. She is an organizational consultant with 20 years of experience in assessment and development centers, training, employee selection and procedures, employee development and assessment. Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) in Illinois, USA, she has 5 years of experience in Psychological Associates – a consulting company with over 60 years of experience, where she learned in depth about assessment, developed behavioral questionnaires for employee selection and became a certified trainer in Leadership in People Skills – a 3-day seminar that assists managers that want to improve their leadership skills and efficiency.

When she returned to Bulgaria, Tanya worked for OS Bulgaria – the first Bulgarian psychological test publisher as a Manager, Assessment and Organizational Consulting and later COO. She conducted assessments, worked on test adaptations, provided feedback, and consulted clients. 5 years ago she became one of the founders and CEO of Prometriks – a consulting company that offers HR assessment and development services based on international best practices and leading technological advancements. The Prometriks members  deliver assessments that are innovative and science-based, provide customized, practical and easy-to-use solutions while treating everyone with respect, professionalism and high integrity.

Tomasz Cichocki – consultant, trainer, facilitator, coach and innovation expert.

After graduating from the Faculty of Physics of the University of Warsaw, he worked for 10 years as project manager and development manager in the media and telecommunications industry. Since 2003 he has been working as a consultant, supporting primarily innovation development and change management. He has experience working for an international consulting firm.

He graduated from Prince2 Foundation courses, The Art and Science of Coaching Erickson College International, OPUS group dynamics workshop. He is a member of the International Association of Facilitators IAF.

He specializes in facilitating strategic processes in organizations. He works primarily on the management board level. He participated in several complex development projects, including in-depth needs analysis, development of action plans, implementation and evaluation activities.

Since 2012, on behalf of the European Commission, he has been assisting international consortia implementing research projects in the exploitation plans development.

His curriculum includes providing postgraduate courses at Technical Universities of Gdańsk and Wroclaw, and SWPS University.

He is a fan and practitioner of using technology for team collaboration. He is the author of open training courses on conducting online meetings and cooperation in distributed teams.

Žanete Drone is an Executive Coach and Leadership consultant at INSEAD, France. She is designing and running integral coaching and leadership development programs both for individuals and groups globally. In Latvia and internationally she covers a large variety of sectors ranging from banking, pharmaceuticals, information technologies, telecommunications industries and government sector.

Mrs. Drone entered the organizational development field 15 years ago after a successful career in communications. She was the head of media and government relations for a major telecommunications operator and chaired the office of the Minister for Finance of the Republic of Latvia. She also successfully established and managed a communications agency. Her personal and professional curiosity brought her to discovering her purpose and expressing her authentic voice in personal and organizational development and leaving the corporate and government career behind.

Mrs. Drone experienced directly having to cope with ambiguity, uncertainty and complexity caused by the disruption of the social, economic and political system.

She has seen and lived the impact of the emergence of a new system on individuals, groups and society at large. This has driven her passion for change and development of collective consciousness.

Mrs. Drone is a fully credentialed Integral Master Coach from Integral Coaching Canada and also a certified MBTI practitioner. Having studied social work and pedagogy she holds a Master degree in Social Sciences from the University of Latvia and a Master degree in Communications from Leicester University in UK.

At the moment she is in her 3rd year in a Swiss-Latvian program Via Integralis to become a meditation teacher in 2022.

Mrs. Drone has taken a leading role in establishing a social enterprise in Latvia with the mission of making the personal and collective transformation literacy available to as many people in Latvia as possible.
